The Role and Job Description

We are hiring for Digital Marketing Consultant or Executive positions. This exciting role is for an individual looking for an opportunity to explore their creative skills in assessing, scoping, designing, developing and driving effective digital marketing activities.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing leadership lead, the successful candidate will work closely with internal team and other stakeholders of our esteemed clients across the world to understand their requirements and play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our target audience, and driving conversion rates.

Your responsibilities will include:

→ Developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.

→ Creating compelling and engaging content to attract, inform, and engage our audience for the LinkedIn, X and Facebook platforms

→ Managing and optimising our company website to ensure optimal user experience and search engine visibility.

→ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

→ Staying updated on the latest industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and relevant.

Desired Candidate’s Profile:

→ A degree in Marketing or equivalent

→ Proven 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successfully driving growth and engagement.

→ Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.

→ Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other relevant digital marketing channels.

→ Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and turn them into actionable strategies.

→ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

→ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights

→ Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation/editing

→ Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva

→ Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, etc.

→ Familiarity with running and optimising paid social media advertising campaigns

→ Good command of the English language (written and verbal)

→ Strong writing and editing skills

→ Experience with email marketing automation tools (preferred but not mandatory)

→ Knowledge of CMS (content management systems (preferred but not mandatory)

→ Data analysis skills (preferred but not mandatory)

→ Paid Ads (preferred not mandatory)

→ Multilingual Skills e.g., German, French, Swedish, Danish and Finnish (preferred not mandatory)

→ A self-motivated individual eager to learn about new subjects and technologies

→ Location – India, UK or Denmark
